| Q: What type of events do you create a video album for? |
A: We can create a video album for ANY event! Here are some of the popular choices:
Anniversary, Baby's First Year, Bar Mitzvah, Birthday, Family Reunion, Funeral, Graduation, Mother's/Father's Day, Graduation, New Year's, Vacation, Wedding Rehearsal/Wedding Day. |

| Q. What kind of payments do you accept? |
| A. We accept Master Card, Visa, Debit Cards, Money Orders and Personal Checks. |

| Q. What about copyrighted music? |
| A. Nearly all music has a copyright. You can either supply us with the original CD or we can purchase a copy from a legitimate vendor for you such as ITunes for as little as $.99-$ 1.29 per song. |

| Q: Can I make changes or add more pictures after the video album is done? |
| A: You can! You are allowed one free change ( remember your timeline for your event though!) We want you to be more than satisfied with your video album. We will charge if there are continual changes, however. So please be specific and clear as possible on your free change. |

| Q: How long will it take to complete my video album? |
| A: Once everything is received, completion time is generally 2-3 weeks. |

| Q: My event is sooner than 2-3 weeks! Can I request a rush delivery? |
| A: You can! Rush delivery is considered for orders needed in 10 days or less. After everything is received your Reflection Album will be finished within 5 days. The fee is 25% more than your package price. Everyone's situation is unique. Please contact us with your wishes and we will try to accommodate your particular situation. |
